We offer a complete suite of products and services from the sales of spare parts and filters through our ITR, Techmax and Cummins brands; the rebuild of machines and components in our world class heavy workshops, Heavy Engineering repairs to Buckets, H Frames, Dump Boxes and Undercarriage, through to the sales and rental of a range of world class OEM brands- Shantui, Powerstar, Terex, Hitachi, Wirtgen, Bobcat, Shacman, Dumpy and Cummins Power Generation.

Our Background

Machinery Exchange was founded in 1954 as a Private Limited company, inaugurated under the laws of Zimbabwe, with the purpose of trading aftermarket parts to the earthmoving industry.
In 2007 the company was purchased by the current owners and merged with Universal Engineering to form an enlarged business with more services to offer its expanding earthmoving customer base.

From 2010 the company expanded into full parts and equipment sales and distribution, by securing key dealerships with leading global brands.

From humble beginnings, Machinery Exchange has now expanded into a 9,000m2 facility with more than 200 staff, branches or depots in Kwekwe, Bulawayo, Lowveld and Hwange, and over 350 sold or rented equipment in the field.
